Pareto Law was founded to address the shortage of trained sales professionals. Beginning with an innovative graduate recruitment and training model, Pareto now recruit and train thousands of graduates and senior sales professionals across the UK, Europe, the US and anywhere else our services are needed.

We have over 250 employees in the UK alone, who get to enjoy the same benefits and incentives which make sales such an appealing industry to work in. We’re so passionate about the importance of sales for UK business that we’re also championing formal qualifications such as the new Sales Apprenticeships.

What we do

We offer ISMM approved sales training and development for companies working across any industry, with both a bespoke and modular option. This is in conjunction with our recruitment services for both entry level graduates, as well as executive and experienced talent.

We have 9 UK regional offices, starting with our head office in Wilmslow through to our main southern base in London. This ensures that we can meet with any client at a convenient location for them, delivering our bespoke training and recruitment services nationwide. Our latest New York office is just the beginning of our international expansion!

So why are we called Pareto Law? Pareto’s Law, also known as the Pareto Principle is the concept that 20% leads to 80% of results. This makes absolute sense to us in sales terms; it really is the top 20% of sales pros who deliver 80% of revenue and we know how to find them.

Our annual company launches are (in)famous. We host an event each year to celebrate what we’ve achieved and to share our plans for the impending year. All of this is concluded with an awards ceremony to highlight our top performers of the year, a three course meal, and of course an endless supply of drinks!

Apprenticeships

Due to the new Apprenticeship Levy, employers are now able to invest in a huge new range of apprenticeships, for new and existing staff of any age. Pareto have introduced a range of courses focused on soft skills such as sales and leadership.

The idea for Pareto was found on Snowdon – so we’re at home on the slopes!
