What are the duties/responsibilities of a “Senior Recruitment Consultant?

  • Provide a vital link between the candidate and client
  • Build long and lasting networks within the Technology industry 
  • Visit clients at their premises to strengthen and extend this network
  • Become an expert within the technology industry to become truly consultative 
  • Identify and attract the very best talent on the market
  • Negotiate pay, salary rates and fees
  • Review recruitment procedures and practices to ensure effective delivery

 

What are the skills, qualification and experience required for a “Senior Recruitment Consultant?

  • Previous recruitment experience is a must, at least 1 years’ experience in an agency environment
  • Degree educated
  • Sales experience (in a business to business environment) is also required.
