Are you a senior sales professional within the recruitment industry and are currently on the lookout out for something different? Due to a huge growth plan going into 2019, Randstad is now looking to hire a Senior Future Sales Manager to continue the business development success of all of Randstad’s specialisms with a focus on our strategic fulfillment centers and alternative delivery models. Your deep and proven knowledge of recruitment solutions will cover PSL, MSP, RPO and project/agile models.

 

Working in a unique part of this business, Client Solutions. You will play a pivotal role in the development, execution and reporting against a clearly documented market strategy to develop and win new business for our direct delivery teams. To do this, you will need to be a self-starter who has the personal drive and motivation to execute and report against Randstad’s market strategy, shaping our approach to the market.

£45,000.00 - £55,000.00 + Bonus
