we are

We are graduates

You’ve probably just spent the last 3-4 years making the most of your university days and now the race is on to bag one of the best graduate schemes out there. We know graduates and we offer everything they’re looking for - from salary and training to great social activities and a buzzing office environment.

What do we look for?

You don’t need a first class degree. To us, it’s energy and attention to detail that really counts. If you’re competitive, confident and ambitious, you’ll love our trainee recruitment consultant roles. For those who like a slightly quieter life, a role as a resourcer or a graduate job in our HQ could be right up your street.

What do you get in return?

We know lots of students leave university with some big debts so a competitive basic salary comes as standard for all our graduates. There’s also uncapped commission, a great way to help pay off loans, save for your own place or just enjoy life to the max.

What’s the training like?

As one of the biggest HR and recruitment brands on the planet, we have our very own in-house Learning & Development team. Whether it’s workshops or on the job training, there’s lots of support available as you transition from university life to the working world. Many of our graduates have worked their way up, some from trainee recruitment consultant to business manager.

Graduate events

We’re busy touring universities so you can meet some of our team in person. It’s a great way to find out more and help get the ball rolling. To find out if we’re visiting near you please email our team at talent@randstad.co.uk.

What’s the process?

All you need to do to apply for one of our graduate roles is send us your CV. If it fits the bill, we’ll organise a phone call with one of our friendly graduate resourcers. If we like the sound of you…and you like the sound of us…we’ll ask you to do a short online assessment before the interview process starts. We know graduates often need to watch their pennies before bagging a job so we’re happy to do a video call to help keep your travel costs down. You could be on your way to bagging a graduate job offer before you know it.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Our trainee recruitment consultant jobs are perfect for graduates looking to make their mark in the world of work. We’ve got everything perfectly packaged up to help get you started and quickly progress in your career. As a trainee recruitment consultant there’s lots of variety and you’ll be busy finding and introducing quality candidates to our clients. There is training and on-the-job support but you’ll also need to think on your feet and enjoy a fast-paced environment to help secure those big commission pay outs. Top notch communication skills, tenacity, a passion for sales and lashings of drive make for a successful graduate recruitment consultant.
