There aren't many senior management teams who can boast 75 years of experience. Plus, their success isn't a best kept secret. You won't find our senior team members holed up in a dusty office; they're active role models who are often out on the floor making a difference to their teams at a desk level.

What to expect in your first month

You've got the passion and drive, but what support will you get to learn your new role? Within your first month you'll attend our five-day induction. We've made it as fun and interactive as possible - no death by PowerPoint. It's run by our very own team of Learning & Development whizz kids. They've lived and breathed the world of recruitment and they're ready to share their top tops and industry secrets.

There's no sitting quietly in the back row, expect a high-energy welcome to our world where you'll get to learn new techniques and practice live calling in a supportive learning environment. You'll get to meet lots of other new colleagues as well as some of the most senior people in our business, so it's a great opportunity to make a good first impression. Whilst it's much more fun that your old school days, there will be some reading and homework involved to give you that crucial head-start.

2 Year Programme

Year 1: Recruitment is about finding the right person and matching them, not only to the right job but the right company, environment & culture.

As a Resourcer you will be an integral part of candidate management which will include learning how to read a job description and then matching the best person to fill that role. You will use a number of tools to find the perfect candidate including posting Job Adverts on relevant job boards, searching through CV databases and using LinkedIn.

Year 2: You will start to place your own candidates into your own jobs from the relationships and knowledge that you have built up with companies in year one.
